Montana Grizzlies To Play Wisconsin in March Madness First Round
Tuning into the selection show is like Christmas Morning for me. Every year since I was 8 years old, I have plopped myself in front of the TV to watch the bracket reveal with our friends Greg Gumbel (Rest in Peace), Seth Davis, Clark Kellogg and all the CBS talking heads.
This year hit differently as we awaited the fate of the Montana Grizzlies March Madness run.

The Montana Grizzlies were slated as a 14 seed taking on the 3-seeded Wisconsin Badgers in the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament.
Montana will look for the upset against the Badgers this Thursday, March 20 in Denver, Colorado at Ball Arena.
Montana played the Badgers in the opening round of the 2012 tournament as a 13 seed. Wisconsin won that game 73-49.

This is the 13th trip to the NCAA Tournament for the Maroon and Silver. It's the first trip since 2019 and the third trip under Coach DeCuire.
The Griz are 2-13 all-time in the Big Dance with tournament wins coming in 1975 against Utah State in the Round of 32 and again in 2006 over #5 Nevada in the Round of 64.
We can't wait to root on the Grizzlies. We also can't wait to watch basketball for 6 consecutive nights, if you include the First Four in Dayton. The tourney kicks off this Tuesday.
We will have NCAA Tournament coverage for you on The Daily Drive with Ace Sauerwein on Monday, March 17th at 5 pm. Get the podcast wherever you get your podcasts.
