Every NFL Player From Montana (1971-1982)

It's time to whip up another batch of NFL Players from Montana. This time it's players who played their final season between 1971 and 1982. We've already hit the years 1983 all the way up to the current-day NFL.

In case you missed it, here was the first batch we did back on August 13th.

Now we'll move on to the 1970s and early 1980s. I can tell we're traveling further back in time because it's difficult to find Getty Images on these players.

This round of Montanans in the NFL features 9 new additions to the collection. There weren't as many current NFL teams represented with these players compared to others. Former teams such as the St. Louis Cardinals (No, not the baseball team), and Houston Oilers.

As for Montana towns represented, Billings appeared the most on this list followed by Bozeman. They were the only two towns to appear on multiple lists.

As for universities represented, the University of Montana was the only school with multiple players. Though UM wasn't the only Treasure State school.
