You Gave Us Halloween Costumes That Are Perfect for Montana
Halloween gives you a chance to show your creativity like no other time of year. How do you pick a costume that fits your style and budget? We asked you, and you gave some ideas for unique Halloween Costumes That are Perfect for Montana.
A Snowsuit. It is always available garb and let's face it, you never know what the weather is going to be. Sometimes it's perfectly fantastic autumn trick or treating or it's just ghoulish!
A Hunter! So many costume prospects!
If you are not into hunting, Deer, Elk, or Duck hunting in camo with blaze orange, you can still go with any of the different types of camo and blaze orange gear because people wear it everywhere.
Carry an Inner Tube for River Floating! Perfect for a Montana lifestyle costume. If you go all out in a swimsuit extra points, but don’t fret about the forecast, remember you have the backup snowsuit for insurance!
The Tourist.
Another reasonably easy costume to gather at the last minute. Grab some luggage, check the trick-or-treating weather and wear the wrong clothing and the most inappropriate shoe choices you have for the evening. Done and Done!
Another Halloween Costume that is Perfect for Montana
A Country singer, A Rock singer, or anyone available to play at the bar on short notice.
A Bunch of Leaves!
Personally one of my all-time favorites. My next-door neighbor actually pushed her legs through a giant trash bag, stuffed it with leaves, and hooked her arms into the loops leafing it open at the top. (Leafing-see what we did there). I looked up Montana theme costume and it showed some guy dressing as a TREE, so the leaf bag is really good I think.
A Ski Bum!
Any Ski gear you may have or can borrow. Nice to have as a backup when it hits 10 degrees or lower. Plus if you found a house that gave out full-size candy, you can change out goggles and go back again sometimes without people figuring it out. Not that I had tried or anything, as a kid I mean.
At this time what could be more Montana than Kevin Costner or anyone from the TV cast of Yellowstone? Really you just need some Cowboy hats and fancy dresses or vests. Tell the people who answer the door who you are! If you are wearing a snowsuit it's going to be OK anyway.
