
Griz Star Named To Walter Camp Award Finalist
I don't know if anyone has told you this, but this week is a big one for Montana Grizzly Football. It's the Brawl of the Wild, for the Big Sky Conference Championship, for at least a #2 national seed in the FCS playoffs, and, oh yeah, for bragging rights for an entire year.
It's a pretty big week and the week got a little bigger with the Walter Camp Watchlist reveal.
Griz Quarterback Keali'i Ah Yat Named To Walter Camp Watchlist
Ah Yat has been spectacular for the Grizzlies this season. He has in the top 10 of passing yards in the entire FCS ranks, but he has provided memorable moment after memorable moment. Like his tough touchdown pass in Sacramento. A play in which Ah Yat got demolished by a Sac State defender and hung in there to deliver a touchdown strike to Evan Shafer.
