A huge stone wall discovered in Montana could be an ancient megastructure. Experts have suggested that the wall may be man-made and predate the last ice age. The wall remained hidden for centuries until is was found on private land in southwest Montana.

Massive Stone Wall Discovered in Montana Makes Headlines

Last week, we learned about a new species of dinosaur that was discovered in Montana. Now, a huge stone wall, known as the Sage Wall has a lot of people talking. According to Unofficial Networks, the wall could challenge historical timelines, and prove that ancient North American civilizations were far more advanced than previously though.

The Sage Wall is located within the Boulder Batholith in southwest Montana. The megalith structure consist of massive granite blocks that appear intricately stacked leading researchers to believe that the structure could be man-made. It measures 275 feet long and approximately 25 feet high. The site is similar to other megalithic structures in Peru and Egypt. Guided tours of the Sage Wall and surrounding area are offered annually by the Sage Mountain Center.

Researchers continue to study the Sage Wall, and whether or not is was constructed by members of an ancient civilization is yet to be determined. Some experts argue it is a natural formation resulting from volcanic activity.
