You are invited to not only watch but enter the INFLATABLE Costume Race! Yes, the air-filled ones you slide into then become part-party going human and part-balloon. Andrew Killian, who is on the Events committee for the event, has been very instrumental in this spectacle of One Size Fits Most polyester that is set to waddle right down the middle of Main Street at 5:30 pm on Halloween Monday, October 31st during the Kids Halloween Parade. And all for a good cause.

The Inflatable race is an Adult-Only-Racing-Please event, asking that the big folk grab an inflatable costume, put it to good use, and race for one of your favorite non-profits! You will then be able to “bet” on your favorite racer who has a donation bucket and an opportunity to raise some funds for their favorite non-profit.

It is open to all adult participants as long as they have an inflatable suit. They would really like you to represent some non-profit. It's all for fun. You can find entry info on the Hamilton Downtown Association webpage.

Robin Pruitt the Director of the Hamilton Downtown Association says to bring the little ones in costume for the parade, to the corner of 4th & Main by the Post Office. The Inflatable Race will astound one and all, then the kids can scoot off to trick or treat at the downtown businesses until the businesses run out of candy!

I’m not sure if I personally know anyone planning on running. I'm not aware if Mr. Costner is still in town, but that would be fun if someone from the TV show Yellowstone were to hear about this. Wonder what inflatable they would choose?
